ブルスカはステファノの新しい試みです。

それは単に新店舗ということではなく、日本では知られていないイタリアの食文化を見つけることができる、ブルスケッテリアというスタイルです。

イタリアではブルスケッテリアは楽しみながら様々な時間を過ごす場所です。

今まで想像していた小さなおつまみのブルスケッタではなく、リーズナブルで、手作り食材を用い、本当のイタリアのサイズで様々な料理の香りが交わったブルスケッタです。

神楽坂のブルスカではブルスケッタに合わせて、世界各国の５０種類のビールと６種類のドラフトとイタリアワインなどのバラエティ豊かなドリンクが味わえます。

また、ブルスカでは皆様が自分に合った楽しみを見つけることができます。

Brusca, the first authentically italian bruschetteria

The very first example in Tokyo of this style of bar/cafe/casual eatery that is especially popular in northern Italy. As the name suggests, the focus of the menu is on bruschetta. But here they are very different from the kind of one-bite party-finger-foods that most of us know.

Brusca’s bruschetta look like rectangular open-face toasted sandwiches topped with a range of different ingredients. Because nobody in Tokyo makes the right kind of bread for it, We started baking it in-house. We where able to produce a delicate yet delicious bread that fit perfectely our stile and our toppings.

Beside our home made bread we do also commission a naturally- leavened version from an friend in Mashiko(Tochigi) who bakes it in a very special oven, using a simple traditional recepy and selected ingredients such us italian salt, very clear water and a special flour to keep the sent and the flavour of the grain after backing, This is the result of passion and care, to satisfy the customers increasingly growing serch for the italian tradition.

Brusca is also a birreria and vineria, which means you and your friend can chouse ammong a huge selection of drinks. We have to say that here the drink of choice is not wine but beer. Six varieties of draft beer are poured from a stylish chrome dispenser, including Moretti — just about the only Italian suds worth drinking, and 50 other world beers advaillable on bottle. Wines are mostly italian and as the beer served at a reasonable price.

A big-screen projection TV shows Serie A Calcio soccer, F1, Tennis, Baseball, Golf and a range of different games dependiong on the season.

Every Thursday evening there is LIVE music such as Jazz, Bosa nova, Chanson and more, and even when there is no live music, at all times there is a cheerful buzz to accompany you.
